RETURN POLICY

Return any retail item within 14 days of sale, in original undamaged condition and with all original packaging for a refund. Shipping charges are refunded only if the item was defective. You must email us first to obtain a return authorization. Returns without an authorization will not be credited. NOTE: International orders and Custom Products are not returnable. Sorry, but we can't be responsible for any orders shipped outside the USA that are damaged during shipping, you have to accept that risk. If you have questions whether a certain product is fragile, please contact us.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

At this time we ship orders to addresses in the U.S., Australia, Belgium, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Mexico, the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and the United Kingdom. Canadian orders go by UPS and are charged an extra $5 for the higher delivery cost.

Other International packages are sent by U.S. Airmail - email us and we can give you the postage cost for your order. Included in US delivery rates are APO and FPO addresses. Alaska and Hawaii orders are shipped by U.S. Post Office Priority Mail and incur an additional $5 charge. The final shipping cost may vary, however, depending on package weight and size, so the shipping cost may be adjusted up or down accordingly. Please email with any shipping questions.

Packages within the U.S. are shipped either UPS Ground, which automatically insures most items against damage in transit, or via USPS. UPS Ground delivers to most locations in the United States within five business days from time of shipment. UPS does not count weekends and holidays as time in transit. UPS also does not deliver on weekends or holidays, except for Saturdays in some major cities.

You may upgrade to UPS 2 Day Air, or Next Day Air Express for an additional charge - please call or email for rates. Your order form will not show a shipping charge until your package is weighed for shipping, at which time extra Express charges will be added.

- 2ND DAY AIR will cost at least $12.00 -
Actual shipping charges may be higher, depending on size and weight.
Signature is required upon delivery for air packages.

*Our standard UPS Ground delivery rates are calculated according to this table:

$10 to $19.99 = $6.95
$20 to $29.99 = $7.50
$30 to $39.99 = $7.95
$40 to $79.99 = $8.25
$80 to $99.99 = $8.95
$100 and over = FREE! (applies to retail orders in continental US only)

**Small items, such as pens or stickers, are shipped USPS when feasible and typically incur lower shipping costs, which we manually adjust before processing your order.
