What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All customer information is protected in transit with Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) using 128-bit encryption, the highest level of encryption available in commercial web browsers.
How quickly do you ship?
Retail orders typically ship within one business day. If we have questions regarding your order, however, we'll contact you promptly by phone or email. Please provide accurate contact information. Click here for package transit times.
Do you offer expedited shipping?
Yes! However, since delivery rates depend on package size and shipping address, express orders need to be placed by phone. Please contact us at 866.775.3985. Note that 2 DAY costs $15 and up, NEXT DAY $30 and up, depending on package weight and size.
What if an item is sold out?
Please email us with the product description in the subject line, and we'll be happy to contact you when the item arrives. Your requests do influence our purchasing.
Do you gift wrap?
Yes, we specialize in sending artfully presented gifts! Our funky Toy Lounge giftwrap is topped with generous amounts of curling ribbon and a small trinket - anything from rubber chickens to disco ball keychains! Simply select "Yes" when given the giftwrap option during online checkout. You can also purchase any of our other giftwrap paper designs found under Stationery, and have us do the wrapping for you! Just select "Wrap my gift for me" before clicking the Order button.
How can I track my package?
Orders shipped via UPS generate an automated email which includes tracking information. This arrives separately from your initial order confirmation email. Please check your bulk folder since automated email can be filtered as spam. Orders shipped via US Postal Service provide no tracking.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes! Check under Shipping or Customer Service for a list of countries. Please note that your initial order confirmation will not show any shipping charge. However, after the order ships, your final shipping confirmation email will show the adjusted total, including delivery. If you'd like to know the charge before we ship your package, request that in the comment section during online checkout. In that case, we'll email you the shipping amount and then wait your approval before shipping your order. Delivery typically takes two weeks. Please email us with questions.
Can you send me your catalog?
We currently don't offer a print catalog - our products are only available through our website.
Do you wholesale?
Yes! We wholesale our Jesus, Virgin Mary, Lemur, and Wiggle Butt Dog bobbleheads. Please email us with your business name and contact information, and we'll be happy to provide you with further details.
